Janjivan Bureau / New Delhi: In view of the unfortunate loss of young lives at BRD Medical College, Gorakhpur the children of Bapu, Mahatma Gandhi organised an Aazadi Satyagrah today at Jantar Mantar on the eve of Independence Day.
Children with political and social workers and women actvists lighted candles to mourn the loss of more than 70 children at the BRD medical college in Gorakhpur.
On this occassion, women activists also condemn the brutal murder of Ragini Dubey, a class 12 student at Balia, Uttar Pradesh and other encroachments on women rights and liberty in the nation.
