Janjivan Bureau / Chandigarh : The ruling Congress is leading on most seats for the Zila Parishad and Panchayat Samiti elections held recently as the counting got under way in Punjab on Saturday.
In Patiala, the Congress has won 29 panchayat samiti seats and SAD two. SAD’s Karam Chand won the Panchayat Samiti poll from Nabha Zone 2.
