Janjivan Bureau / New Delhi : The BJP on Monday released the names of 78 candidates for the Haryana Assembly elections. The list includes nine women and two Muslim candidates. The BJP had dropped seven sitting MLAs. The dropped MLAs include ministers Vipul Goyal and Rao Narbir Singh. The seats under the Lok Sabha constituency of Rao Inderjit Singh, Rewari and Gurugram have been held.
Deputy speaker Santosh Yadav from Ateli has replaced RSS leader Sita Ram Yadav. Sources say Rao Inderjit Singh is seeking ticket for his daughter from Rewari or Kosli. The BJP leadership say there are “issues” on the remaining 12 seats.
