New Delhi: Supreme Court advocate and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) member H S Phoolka resigned on saturday from all his posts in the party. Phoolka said he wants to focus on the cases of Sajjan Kumar and Jagdish Tytler , which are at a very crucial juncture.”I will devout my full time to the 1984 cases and the party is with me,” he further said.
“I have been doing the cases of the 1984 carnage. I have been following the cases of Sajjan Kumar and Tytler. These cases are at a very crucial juncture now and my whole involvement is to record these cases. So, keeping this in mind, the Aam Aadmi Party has happily relieved me of all political posts and allowed me to fully concentrate on these cases,” Phoolka told.
“Even this Narendra Modi led-NDA Government is giving a clean chit to the accused which is shocking and I am shattered by that. I, therefore, need to focus totally on the 1984 cases,” he added.
He also stressed that the Aam Aadmi Party is doing very well in Punjab and will surely win the next polls.
