Janjivan Bureau/ New Delhi : Paharganj police arrested one notorios criminal and recovered three motor cycle, two scooty and one mobile phone. After the investigations criminal is involved in six cases.
Two days ago on 31May, ASI Abay Raj, HC Rajbir, CT Rajiv of PS Paharganj, Delhi while patrolling in Motia Khan near RG complex saw a person on Honda Activa scooty in suspicios conditions. Police enquired him. He revealed his name as Rettik @ Ritik, age 21 Years r/o Multani Dhanda, Paharganj, Delhi, presently residing at Vishnu Garden, Rajouri Garden, Delhi. On enquiry, police found scooty was stolen in case e-FIR No. 013553, u/s 379 IPC, PS Paharganj, Delhi. On his search one mobile phone VIVO V-9 was recovered. He disclosed that the said mobile was snatched by him from the area near Khetarpal Hospital, Shivaji Enclave, PS Rajouri Garden, Delhi.
TEAM AND INVESTIGATION
Under the close supervision of Insp. Vishuddanand Jha, SHO/ Pahar Ganj and overall supervision of Sh. O.P. Lekhwal ACP/Pahar Ganj was constituted
a team of staff comprising SI Sushil Kumar, ASI Chander Pal, ASI Ranvir, ASI Abhay Raj, HC Rajbir, CT Rajiv, Ct. Mukul.
On enquiry from concerned PS Rajouri Garden it was found that the said mobile was stolen/snatched in case e-FIR No.WDRG-000557/21 PS Rajouri Garden. Thereafter, he has been arrested and the recovered scooty No. DL 4S DD 0282 has been seized.
During the course of the investigation, he disclosed that he has committed more crimes along with his brother Badal. He further disclosed about 4 more cases and four stolen vehicles were recovered at his instance.
RECOVERY & WORKOUT CASES
6 cases have been worked out and 3 Motor cycles, 2 scooty & one mobile phone have been recovered.
The accused Ritik is also previously involved in 11 cases of theft, robbery etc in the different Police Stations.
Raids are being conducted to catch Accused Badal who is absconding.
