Janjivan Bureau/ New Delhi: Sulabh International has proudly upheld the tradition of celebrating the birthday of India’s Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, since 2014, aligning with his visionary leadership and commitment to national progress. This year, on September 17th the organization once again marked the 74th birthday of the honourable Prime with a series of special cleanliness events and initiatives aimed at honouring the Modi’s call for action for a Swachhta.
A clean Himalayas Campaign in partnership with Indian Mountaineering Foundation was launched on the occasion. The Clean Himalaya Campaign aims to address the increasing environmental concerns in the Himalayan region, focusing on the removal of waste and preservation of its natural beauty. The campaign will involve local communities, environmental groups, and volunteers who will work together to reduce pollution and protect this vital ecosystem.
